Our thermally broken aluminium systems (from Alumil) incorporate polyamide insulating bars that decouple interior and exterior frames, preventing heat transfer. Our Gealan multi-chamber uPVC profiles offer exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation (low U-values) paired with double or triple Low-E argon-filled glazing to dramatically reduce air conditioning costs and condensation.

We offer the full European RAL colour chart, including popular Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), Jet Black (RAL 9005), and Pure White (RAL 9016), alongside realistic textured woodgrain effects. All our external aluminium profiles undergo Qualicoat / Seaside certified powder coating and anodizing specifically formulated to resist UV fading and coastal marine corrosion in seafront areas like Sliema, St. Julian's, and Mellieħa.

All JCD Aluminium and uPVC installations are backed by manufacturer profile warranties (up to 10–15 years on certified European systems from Alumil & Gealan), multi-point hardware warranties (from G-U and Siegenia), and our workmanship guarantee covering weather sealing, alignment, and smooth operation.

Because we manufacture locally in our Paola production workshop, our lead times are among the fastest and most reliable in Malta. Standard custom-fabricated windows and sliding doors are typically ready within 3 to 5 weeks from final site measurement, with prioritized scheduling for urgent renovations or full building handovers.

Yes. By combining acoustic laminated glass (using specialized PVB interlayers) with multi-point gasket seals on our aluminium and uPVC frames, sound transmission can be reduced by up to 40–45 dB — keeping traffic and nightlife noise outside.
